Small size and flexible support legs allow the crane to pass through narrow entrances and operate in confined indoor or outdoor spaces.
Boom, outriggers, and chassis structures use Baosteel BS700D high-strength steel for better fatigue resistance, toughness, and stability.
Rubber pads and crawler designs help distribute ground pressure and protect marble, wooden floors, lawns, and other sensitive surfaces.
Diesel-electric and pure electric modes are available, making the machine suitable for both strong outdoor power needs and quiet indoor environments.
The machine can be configured for both lifting and aerial work, supporting equipment installation, maintenance, and high-position operation.
CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications help support international project and buyer requirements.
Core Material: Entire structure utilizes BS700D high-strength steel plates from Shanghai Baosteel.
Material Properties: Excellent metal memory, fatigue resistance, high toughness, and compressive strength enable lightweight design.
Safety Assurance: Critical load-bearing areas are specifically reinforced to ensure safety and reliability.
Operational Performance: Strong overall stability supporting multiple high/low-speed working modes.

The hydraulic outriggers of the spider crane are available in two configurations: M-type and X-type.
Models with a capacity below 5 tons are equipped with M-type outriggers,
while models rated at 5 tons or above feature X-type outriggers.
Manufactured using welded BS700D high-strength steel from Shanghai Baosteel, the outriggers offer modular assembly and height adjustment functions. This design ensures operational stability while effectively reducing the on-site footprint. When integrated with the intelligent hydraulic leveling and stability system, the outriggers further enhance the equipment’s adaptability to various working conditions and improve on-site support stability.
Fully hydraulic instrument display with high sensitivity. Laser-cut control lever markings ensure clear identification, rational layout, and user-friendly operation.
The advanced hydraulic and electronic control systems enable high-precision tipping positioning, guaranteeing accuracy and safety during lifting operations. The control panel features a simple and intuitive design, complemented by a remote controller for enhanced operational convenience.

Equipped with fully enclosed hydraulic motors and imported core components, delivering robust power with low failure rates. Excellent sealing ensures durable and stable performance even under harsh working conditions.
The crawler chassis design provides outstanding stability and trafficability while causing no ground damage.
The track system is specifically optimized for different models:
8-ton and below models: Standard engineering rubber tracks for easy mobility and full ground protection.
10-ton and above models: Engineering steel tracks (300mm width for 10-ton, 400mm width for 12-ton and above) made of high-strength manganese steel, offering exceptional impact resistance, wear performance, and extended service life.
Control Modes: Offers three remote control terminal options – standard remote controller, high-end remote controller, and proportional valve remote controller, enabling wireless operation at distances of up to 200 meters.
Core Functions: Integrated control of lifting operations and equipment travel, supporting stepless speed adjustment. Outrigger actions are also incorporated into the remote control scope.
Configuration Requirements: The high-end remote controller and proportional valve remote controller require the optional installation of a moment limiter system to activate their full functionality (otherwise, the corresponding data interface will not be displayed on the screen).
The Moment System with Overload Alarm serves as an intelligent safety guardian that integrates sensing, judgment, early warning, and intervention – forming the cornerstone of secure lifting operations.
It clearly and accurately displays the spider crane’s real-time status parameters, including boom length, boom angle, height, working radius, actual load weight, allowable load capacity, and chassis level status. When the optional outrigger ground clearance sensors are installed, the display also shows the status of each individual outrigger.
Overload Alarm (Red Warning): When the load reaches or exceeds 100% of the rated capacity, the system triggers more intense audible and visual alarms, clearly alerting the operator to the dangerous overload condition.
This function primarily serves as a safety limiter, effectively preventing tipping hazards caused by outrigger lift-off.
The status of each individual outrigger is displayed on the moment limiter’s screen.
The core function of the glass vacuum lifter is to provide a safe, efficient, and non-damaging solution for handling and transporting smooth-surface objects such as glass and panels. It can be connected to cranes, spider cranes, forklifts, and other equipment, and is often equipped with a remote controller, enabling precise long-distance operation by a single operator and significantly improving handling and installation flexibility.
Glass vacuum lifters are available in different models with capacities of 400kg, 600kg, 800kg, 1000kg, etc. Each white suction cup represents a capacity of 100kg. The lifter also features tilt and rotation functions.
